After several delays due to a frivolous lawsuit and city approvals, the Arts and Entertainment Residences (AER) looks as though it will finally break ground in mid-2016. A partnership between American Land Ventures and Framework Group of Tampa have partnered on the nearly 1 acre parcel for the 34 story project with 350 units.
AER is well located in downtown Tampa along the Hillsborough River adjacent to the Straz Performing Arts Center and the Tampa Museum of Arts.
