Despite the market holding their collective breath for a turnaround in homeownership, the numbers continue to decline falling to 63.8% in 4Q 2015. What’s even more interesting is the drag on ownership with the various age segments, particularly Millennials which are expected to lead the charge when homeownership rates increase.
