We represented the buyer who purchased the property from SunTrust Bank for all cash in less than 30 days from con-tract execution to close. The units are extremely large averaging nearly 1,700 square feet each and the bulk acquisi-tion price was under $38 per square foot. The bulk sale of this property resolved a distressed situation with the lender. We were subsequently hired by the buyer for property management, leasing, HOA management and construction management. Leasing started in February 2011 and in May 2011 the property was 100% leased.
