BRANDON CROSSTOWN is a nearly 50 acre mixed-use development site that allowed for 450 multifamily units, 150 hotel keys, more than 300,000 square feet commercial and several restaurant pads.  The project was acquired by DDR as part of a large portfolio sale and was a non-core asset targeted for disposition.  The project successfully sold and 450 apartments are expected to finish construction in 3Q 2015 with the remainder of the site being offered for sale by the buyer.
